• Please be advised that we are unable to provide reimbursements for any postal delays or problems caused by the carrier we have chosen. You agree to bear the risks involved in having packages shipped by the carrier of our choice when you place an order with us. We will make every effort to tell clients in advance of any postal delays, either directly to them or through our website. We cannot guarantee delivery within the time ranges we have indicated from the dispatch date.

 

• Cancellations: If you notify us of your cancellation at least two working days prior to the date you have chosen for dispatch or pick-up, you may cancel your order. Saturday and Sunday are considered working days in this case. If you decide to change your mind within two business days of the dispatch or pick-up date, we can not issue a refund.

 

• Problems and shortcomings: If you think your order was delivered in a less than expected condition, send us an email at sliceehq@gmail.com along with pictures of the damage. Every complaint is looked into, and if you want a refund, you could be required to return the item back. Every refund is subject to manager approval.

 

• Incorrect delivery address that the client submitted: Unfortunately, there is no guarantee that the buyer will receive their order if they submit an incomplete or wrong address. We may be able to send the order back to the customer if the order is returned to us due to an inaccurate address supplied by the customer (re-delivery fee will apply). Refunds will not be given to clients who send us inaccurate address information.

Please drive up Burrabogee Road entry to the back of our building and press the door bell near the entry door to your left and allow our staff a few minutes to reach you.

Monday - Saturday: 1.00pm - 5.00pm

Sunday: Pick up not available

IMPORTANT: All Pick Up orders will be ready at 1pm. If you require pick up at an earlier time, please contact the office to organise this for you on 0422692552 or email sliceehq@gmail.com​.

2. Sydney Wide Delivery 

• MINIMUM ORDER OF $30 FOR DELIVERY

• We deliver Sydney-wide within a 20km radius from Pendle Hill 2145.

• Delivery is available Monday - Saturday only. No deliveries on Sunday.

• Place your order before 9am for same day / next day delivery 

• You will receive the order any time between 1.00PM - 6.00PM on your requested date.

• Delivery Fees: Fees are calculated based on the distance of the delivery address from our Head Office in Pendle Hill.           

• Within 20km: $15

• Receipt of delivery If you have chosen delivery you acknowledge that as a part of our terms and conditions, someone will be available at the delivery address to receive the order. If we attempt delivery and no-one is on site, we will either leave it in a safe location or return the delivery back to base. A re-delivery fee will apply. Refunds will not be made for orders that can not be delivered, if no one is on site to collect or there is no safe place to leave orders.

3. Australia Wide Shipping / Further Than 20km

• We use Australia Post's Express service to deliver our Slices. Slices are packed carefully to ensure they arrive undamaged. 

• Free Shipping! (Excluding Rural / Regional areas as according to Aus Post) We offer FREE standard shipping on domestic orders over $100.

• Free shipping will automatically be applied to orders that are over $100, before taxes and after discounts are applied. (Excluding Rural / Regional areas as according to Aus Post)
